Hedge Fund Services – SPR Team  Functional Title: Team Lead Sr. Consultant Job Description:  The SPR Team Lead is the supervisor of the SPR team, and as such is responsible for working with their team, other Hedge Fund Services business teams and the Relationship Management team to manage access to Hedge Fund Passport and other applications. This lead is responsible to ensure that all applicable controls are followed, and records are retained for audit purposes. Major Duties & Responsibilities:  Manage the SPR team by ensuring all members understand the SLA for response time, and expectations. Assists with the management of client access to Hedge Fund Passport and other client-facing applications.  Maintains records of appropriate approvals for both internal user and client access.  Updates HFS systems to reflect capabilities in Hedge Fund Passport for clients and internal user needs.  Manage the day to day operations regarding the addition or removal of application access for internal and external users  Ensures that the appropriate process controls are in place and approvals are retained for SSAE16 purposes.  The individual should also push back on requests that appear to provide excessive access or prohibits proper segregation of duties.  Supports development releases from a new access requirements perspective Automates or streamlines access provisioning processes SME on applications owned by Production Services Assists in the monthly self-testing of user access controls. Escalates issues to the Production Services Manager and/or Head of SSAE16, as appropriate.          Qualifications: Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills Required:  Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree preferred 5+ years of global client data/security protection experience within the financial industry Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Ability and experience navigating and working across multiple stakeholders Experience in reviewing exiting data protection framework and implementation of related program's   About Client: Client provides innovative financial services and guidance to corporations, institutions and affluent families and individuals globally. With over 130 years of financial experience and nearly 20,000 partners, we serve the world's most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.
