Job Description:
- Expertise in supporting Teamcenter 2 Tier, 4 Tier AWC client issues.
- Expertise in Multisite environment and solving critical issues, data issues, dispatcher, Visualization troubleshooting.
- Has End user support experience in Creo, IPEM integration.
- Should have knowledge in ITSM processes like Incident, Problem and Change management.
