<p><strong>AV Designer - Audio Visual</strong><br /> <strong>Owings Mills, MD 21117</strong><br /> <strong>6 + Months</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Onsite Day 1: Hybrid Model: 3 Days Onsite Per Week!</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /> Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Mass Communications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.<br /> Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in the AV/VTC environment, including working knowledge of components, line drawings, and others as they pertain to the layout and functionality of AV/VTC systems<br /> Minimal 6 – 8 years of experience<br /> Strong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to create AV design drawing packages<br /> Works independently, receives minimal guidance, and excels in delivering design packages on time<br /> Has deep knowledge of one or more infrastructure components, specifically POLY/ZOOM systems<br /> Demonstrates ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities<br /> Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization<br /> Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions<br /> Experience delivering AV technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment<br /> <br /> <strong>Top 3 must haves:</strong><br /> 1. Must have strong AutoCAD experience and skills, especially with AV design work as this will be the primary job function<br /> 2. Must have min 6-8 years of experience within the AV industry<br /> 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills<br /> <br /> <strong>In addition:</strong><br /> Familiar with working with Facilities teams, general contractors, LVC, and other trades that participate in the building out of spaces to support AV/VTC systems.<br /> <br /> <strong>Top 3 must haves:</strong><br /> 1.
