  Digital Intelligence Systems (DISYS) is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst/Technical Product Manager for a multi-year engagement with the Strategic Technology Programs team at a foremost IT Healthcare Solutions organization. This is a 100% remote position for a Consultant who is willing to work in the Pacific Standard Time schedule. Organization and Role Focus: Product development of mobile friendly web applications and solutions using modern web development stack. The organization focuses on clinical collaboration solutions for telehealth, patient care enablement workflow solutions. The opportunity entails taking care of interacting with stakeholders, creating stories, technical analysis, Database model creation, trends analysis related to product and solution adoptions. Work alongside the Architect and Engineers to support development and UAT and continuous improvement of product line. Scope of Responsibilities: Participates in technology project analysis, planning and execution. Creates excellent documentation detailing as-is and to-be processes, document technology and technical and functional requirements via use cases, stories with clear purpose, acceptance criteria and alternative flows, track and trace them through changes and lifecycle of the project. Works closely with other project manager, Product Owners, Technical Architects/developers. Creates technical procedures and documentation including user stories, use case creations from an implementation standpoint, technical requirements, data flow diagrams. Works with new technology solutions and helps in validation of the new technology solution and services with validation plan creation, execution and reporting, that enable direct and indirect patient care. Creates validations plans and shares results with team. Participate in design review and ensure technical solution meets requirements. Ensures requirements traceability is maintained in the validation test scripts and results. Adheres to processes and checklists for execution of projects with problem solving as required. Engages peers in other groups and works in collaborative manner to deliver projects successfully. Qualifications: BA/BE/BS degree in technology or technology management related fields. 10+ years as a Technical Analyst or similar role in n mid-large size enterprise/corporation in technology solutions service support or solution development and support domain with hands-on roles and proven track record of successful delivery. 7+ years in IT project experience dealing with different parts of enterprise solution development. Formal development experience in Java and SQL DB stack is highly preferred. Excellent hands-on ability to extract data using SQL and other tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros). 5+ years working with Agile, Scrum processes and experience in documenting use cases and test cases as needed. Manage product development end-to-end. Fluent in creating mockups to articulate system and experience flow using solutions such as Lucene, Visio and Figma with clarity of states, screens, transitions. Fluent in preparing stakeholder presentations, roadmap creations, work breakdown and project plan creations, tracking to ensure product delivery management. Sound understanding of application design and delivery process and technology elements such as APIs. Excellent analytical skills to ensure root causes are identified for issues. 3+ years in work environment with exposure to service metrics, SLA understanding and reporting, resolving issues within prescribed time. Understands nuances of organizations and has excellent soft skills to understand the expectations and delivers to those expectations. Excellent documentation, written and verbal presentation skills to quickly document concepts, plans, metrics and trends and overall project lifecycle content. Proficiency for documenting critical events, meetings and flows for communications and learnings. Ability to commit and deliver, take accountability and empowerment with diligent focus on process. Fast and agile learner with learning mind-set.
