SAP EWM Lead
Job Summary: The Technical/Functional Lead with SAP EWM skills is responsible for leading the technical and functional design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions. This role requires extensive knowledge of SAP EWM, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
Develop and maintain technical and functional design documents.
Lead the development and testing of SAP EWM solutions, including customizations, interfaces, and reports.
Ensure SAP EWM solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
Lead and mentor team members, and ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality SAP EWM solutions.
Work with IT teams to deploy SAP EWM solutions and provide post-implementation support.
Work with business stakeholders to identify and address SAP EWM issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP EWM technologies and provide recommendations on new product features and updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in SAP EWM design, development, and implementation.
Strong understanding of SAP EWM functional and technical architecture.
Strong programming skills in ABAP, Java, or other programming languages.
Experience with SAP EWM customization, including configuration of inbound and outbound delivery processes, warehouse process types, and goods movement.
Experience with SAP EWM interfaces and reports, including RF and mobile solutions.
Experience leading SAP EWM development teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
SAP EWM certification.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Experience with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
