Required Skills/Experience:

6 10 years of experience in DotNet technology and well understanding of Agile proces Excellent NET Development skills Proficient in C o Exposure to design patternso Solid understanding of core concepts eg events delegateso Solid working experience with Unit tests TDD Excellent Web Development skills o ASPNET MVC o ASPNET Web Forms o ASPNET Web API ASPNET Core Proficient in GIT Must have experience working in an Agile Team Experience in Application Value Management ITIL Framework ITSM IT Service Management Author and coordinate the Incidents Service tickets with action items Record of tracking monitoring assessing and acting on SLAs through timely resolution reporting and review of metrics Excellent communication and time management skills are a must Ability to associate priorities risks with issues logged and actively escalate whenever required Effectively communicate with business users related to resolving queries obtain clarifications and providing updates Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions Resolve unknown incidents and adhoc requests handle operational changes and functional enhancement requests participate in identifying problems perform root cause analysis contribute to knowledge base and participate in activities like Release acceptance and application continuity support Service Management Responsible for the project tasks assigned Initiate escalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upon timelines and tracks it to closure Manage tickets and tasks escalated by the Level 1 team and also handle Customer requests Alert PM Leads for tickets where there can be a potential SLA breach Ensure quality of deliverables through selfreview Provide inputs to task estimationService Tracking Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets set the tasks include incidents service requests identified problems Operational changes enhancements etc Conduct peer reviews and ensure quality of deliverablesService Execution Responsible for coordination with other support groups such as infrastructure product vendor etc Comply with defined process during task execution including problem management KEDB management etc Stakeholder Management Communication with Business users related to resolving queries obtain clarifications and providing updates Monitor availability of the applications and notify support team in case of exceptions and also provide update to applications owners and business stakeholder on the status and the potential impact Follow up with internal and external stakeholders Customer and Vendor liaison to progress tickets to resolutionKnowledge Management Participate actively during Knowledge transition KT sessions and contribute Provide complete KT to support teams before any production release Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions Complete mandatory training for self as identified in the training plan for the projectNature of WorkL2 IncidentService RequestsL3 New Development from requirementsTechstackHTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery Angular and ReactJSMS VS 2019 CNet AspnetWeb APIS REST SOAP PostmanMVC design patterns LINQ MVVMTFS GitEntity Framework HibernateMS Sql basics SSMS Sql Server Migration Service
