JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Technical Lead to join our team and help drive effective use of responsive web technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a progressive organization working on digital products for nephrologists, Client Teammates, and patients. The individual will be charged with influencing technical aspects of development to ensure solutions align with the customer's functional and non-functional requirements, while at the same time leveraging best practices, adhering to architecture guidelines, and meeting security and compliance regulations.   The Sr. Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day software development practices along with the team Manager. The individual is expected to dig in and solve technical hurdles, even contributing on a consistent basis to build solutions. The Sr. Technical Lead will collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and PMO members for Agile sprint ceremonies and planning. The Sr. Technical Lead provides technical leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services. The position is responsible for providing technical leadership for implementation of data integration projects to ensure that solutions align with the customer's functional and non-functional requirements as well as with best practices, architecture guidelines, and security and compliance regulations.   QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of experience Previous experience as Technical Lead/Architect Excellent communication skills Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field   High level of expertise in any (one or more) of the following: Java platform Angular, react and JavaScript Spring frameworks iOS Programming/Mobile Development Google Cloud experience preferred Oracle/SQL Server Kafka, pub/sub, event/driven data integrations Data modeling – 3NF, Vault, Dimensional, Data Lake, Data Vault, Key-Value, XML, CSV, DDL/DML, JSON DevOps methodology and technologies – Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, Artifactory 3-5yrs experience with Agile Development Methodology (leading scrum teams, PI planning)   What We'll Provide: More than just pay, our Client Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
