Opportunity available for a Technical Program Manager to assist the Critical Operation & Reliability Engineering team (CORE) scale both their operational and project goals. As the Technical Program Manager you will work closely with the CORE team and its cross-functional partners to gather input, then plan, prioritize and deliver on our quarterly goals. You will be charged with ensuring that we are able to qualify and quantify our contributions to the business and identify opportunities to scale impact.
Responsibilities:
Increase overall effectiveness by systematically identifying and solving organizational and technological challenges in how we work.
Develop and automate external and internal communications via email, newsletters, and websites
Drive internal program reviews and reports using internal KPI metrics that highlight trends, risks, and achievements
Develop processes, procedures, and reports to capture and quantify CORE impact and contributions to the business
Requirements:
4+ years direct experience in technical program management or equivalent expertise in the DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering space
Curiosity to analyze several layers deep into technical solutions with an eye towards continuous improvement
Experience with working in a 100% remote environment using Google Workplace (formerly G Suite), Zoom, and Slack.
Experience with JIRA and Airtable
Experience with on call operations or incident management is desired
Ability to work primarily with PST timezone
