Job Description
  1. ) 8+ years' experience in technical talent acquisition
  2. 2) Excellent Sourcing skills, source potential candidates, posting jobs on job

posting websites

  1. 3) Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  2. 4) Maintaining internal data base & reports
  3. 5) Customer interaction, Stakeholder management (hiring managers),

Vendor management (consultants)

  1. 6) Experience with various interview selection processes
  2. 7) Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors
  3. 8) Negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms
  4. 9) Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been

rolled

  1. 10) Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and until the

applicant gets on-boarded

  1. 11) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
