Required Skills (must have):
Test Lead/Manager with good experience in different phases of Software Testing Life Cycle like creating Test Strategy, Test Planning & Estimation for new projects/programs & owning the delivery in onshore/offshore model. On need basis, perform hands on role like test case creation & test execution for the assigned projects
Basic SQL & API knowledge is required.
Selenium automation knowledge leveraging open source tools built in Java or Python.

Detailed Job Description:
Expected skill sets includes
- Test Lead/Manager with good experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Planning & Estimation for new projects/programs & working in onshore/offshore model.
- Life Insurance Domain knowledge.
- Selenium automation knowledge leveraging open source tools built in Java or Python.
- SQL & API testing knowledge needed
- Working experience in Azure Devops, GIT & Test Rail is a plus.
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Create test strategy, test planning, test estimation for new projects/programs. Own the delivery E2E.
- Perform requirement analysis. Create test cases, perform functional, system, regression & E2E testing.
- Build use cases for automation. Implement functional test automation thru selenium leveraging open-source tools built on top of Java or Python.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies like sprint grooming, standup, show demos & sprint retrospection.
- Integrate the automation test suites & execute them as part of CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with team to identify & implement process improvements.
- SQL queries to identify test data. Basic API testing knowledge is needed.
