NAVA Software Solutions is looking for a Test Manager for one of our clients.

Location: New York, NY - Remote till Covid

Duration: 12 Months

Notes:

Has to have automation QA / Lead experience
Lead exp.
for at least 2 years
Needs to come from a media background
Need exp on AWS , ALM,Automation for AI/Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Must have played Test Manager or Test Lead for one or more large implementation/releases
• Have hands-on experience in test management tools like ALM
• Have automation knowledge, hands-on experience will be add-on
• A proven history of successfully coordinating and executing all aspects of testing efforts from project inception to post launch on medium to large sized projects
• A strong passion for quality, an unrelenting attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience executing Functional, Non-Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End to End testing
• Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders and management across multiple business functions
• Strong risk management skills and a knack for recognizing and anticipating things that would eventually turn into problems (problem avoidance vs reactiveness)
• Deep understanding of how to leverage automation in testing efforts and the ability to identify tests that would be optimal candidates for automation
• Experience with AWS Elemental services and workloads, is a MUST
• Experience with streaming and broadcast media technologies
• Conceptualizing use cases for automation including AI and ML for process of live video delivery flow (Camera/Encoding/Transcoding/Transmuxing, 1.
  OTT 2.
  Multiplexing Encryption Broadcasting)
• Experience with Architecting and Automating Complex Video Management Cloud Applications
• Design of high-level roadmaps and developing Level-of-Effort estimations
• Create and deliver strategy briefings for client leadership
• Coordination of planning across teams and divisions
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and external development teams to design a high performing, scalable, cloud based infrastructure

Requirements:

• Understanding of intelligence community security standards
• Experience with Linux and AWS environments (including serverless)
• Experience with IaaS; implementing scalable cloud-based environments and systems; service-oriented architectures and microservices; deploying resilient, scalable, high-throughput systems that process large amounts of data Have effective verbal and non-verbal communication with peers and clients
• Ability to work in an open team environment
