Required Skills/Experience:
Who are we looking for?
Resource with good knowledge of IT ecosystems/ business processes that are present in enterprise products / projects and well versed in playing mediator between business teams and technical teams.
Technical Skills:
Experience in testing on PEGA Application
Should have knowledge on the features of PEGA
Should be able to design test cases/scenarios and execute it
Should have knowledge of Agile methodology
Identify issues in the interdependent applications
Should have knowledge of testing the screens across OMNI channels
Should be able to articulate the issues in the applications
Should be able to lead the team and communicate with client tech team & leadership.
Good to have experience of product engineering.
Strong understanding of IT ecosystems
Work with business groups and technical teams to develop and maintain solutions
Participate in or lead the development of deliverable content
Prepare effort estimates for test design
Process Skills:
Should be able to follow industry best processes
Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work
Behavioral Skills:
Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
Should have very good communication.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience in.Net Development
Education qualification:
Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
.Net Development Certification will be added advantage
