Process and coordinate new Non-Purchasing Supplier (FS) Requests for US
Ensure data accuracy and compliance to the US Business Rules
Field questions concerning the process coordinate and track the day to day execution of Non-PO supplier requests
Coordinate interaction between Sourcing, Business, MDM, during the Non-PO supplier request process
Provide status reporting for management tracking

Change Purchasing Supplier & Financial Supplier Request Coordination

Process and coordinate all Change Requests for PO & Non-PO vendors (US)
Ensure data accuracy
Field questions concerning the process coordinate and track the day-to-day execution of supplier change requests
Coordinate interaction between Sourcing, Business, MDM, during the supplier change request process
Provide status reporting for management tracking
Ensure data accuracy
Field questions concerning the process, coordinate and track the day to day execution of vendor maintenance
Sourcing Support Service General Mailbox and BISM Coverage
Administrative tasks as assigned

Projects

Master Data Cleansing - Research and resolve data conflicts working with Busniness Partners and Vendors correcting the MDM based on findings

Sourcing Governance

Support Sourcing Governance on operational tasks (e.g. data and report driven)

Skills:
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as high attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines
Intercultural awareness, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills for optimal teamwork
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP/SRM would be preferred
Well structured working style, organizational skills and analytical thinking to strive for operational excellence
