JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Knowledge Transfer Coordinator is a temporary position for a defined period. This position will support in the execution of the knowledge transfer strategy, activities and tactics of Project ORCHID, in a new plant start up, Tuas Singapore. Responsible to coordinate trainings; administer Learning Management Systems for the project team, monitors training progress for trainees, perform travel arrangements for trainees, among other activities required under the established strategy.

Essential Functions:
1) Update Bactec ORCHID Curricula for all Tuas positions routinely.
2) Create and update training matrix for all Tuas positions (pre and post start up).
3) Coordinate Training areas and schedules for trainees and trainers (example: evaluate training methodology to assure training space is adequate, assure connectivity and support Virtual Learning and other training methodology, -OJT, classroom training and self- training environment).
4) Develop project documents such as training content, visual aids, specific project processes, tracking tools, among others.
5) Coordinate and monitors trainer focal groups and trainee focal groups. To evaluate knowledge transfer effectiveness, training progress and cultural adaptation for both teams.
6) Coordinate all project ORCHID trainings, and travel schedules as applicable (pre start up and during start up).
7) Follow up due assignments.
8) In conjunction with Tuas C2C Coordinator run reports to monitor progress, keep track and update on KT metrics.
9) Support the systems update such as: C2C, LMS, SAP, and other related systems accordingly.
10) Support all Train the Trainer activities for learners and On Site Trainers.
11) Provide technical support to assure training effectiveness.
12) Perform project data gathering activities aligned to the Change Management role and other project aspects.
13) Complete other project ORCHID duties as requested.

Skills and Experience:
Education: • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sciences, Engineering or related field, preferred; or equivalent experience.
Experience • Two (2) years minimum experience in Industry within Organizational Development or similar responsibilities, or related area.
