Shift: Evenings (3x12)1+ year of exp.Rehab - requiredTech used: EpicThe schedule will be a rotation of three (3) 12-hour shifts one week and four (4) 12-hour shifts the next week. Utilizes the nursing process to assist in obtaining health information and evaluating the needs of future patients. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Enters & reviews with patient, the electronic health record orders per physician protocol. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments and offices. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Required licensure: Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Oklahoma. Required certification: Basic Life Support (BLS).
