Position Name: Technical Writer / Report Writer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: Contract / Fulltime

Rate: On C2C or W2

Job Description:

  •  
  • Plan, write, and edit Complaint records and Medical Device Reports
  • Collaborate with department team members and with cross-functional team Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to investigate and develop content for Complaint records and Medical Device Reports
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulation and regulatory guidance for Complaint records and Medical Device Reporting
  • Participate in Quality Data Reviews and Complaint Handling investigation related meetings
  • Complete responses for Regulatory Agency Requests for additional information
  • Drive the progress of complaints throughout the complaint lifecycle to ensure proper documentation and Medical Device Reporting to help support compliant closure of each complaint
  • Use skills as an experienced technical communication professional with understanding of industry best practices and company objectives to submit accurate Medical Device reports
  • Keep abreast of the basic requirements for compliance. Bring regulatory compliance questions/issues to the attention of management
  • Maintain awareness of new or revised regulations a guidance documents
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and quality documents. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in new hire training and continuous Regulatory Compliance training as required
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of existing and new products
  • Execute on projects as required
  • Perform other duties as directed
  • Understanding of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and Regulations
