JOB DESCRIPTION:

CorTech International LLC is seeking an experienced Tray line Attendant for a local reputable hospital located in Louisville, KY. Although it is preferred to have previous food industry or hospitality experience or similar environments, it is not required. The environment is friendly, fast paced, and professional.

Shift and Pay:
11:30 am to 7:30 pm Monday- Friday(Rotating weekends)
$12.44 Tray Line Attendant


Job Duties for the Tray Line Attendant Position Include:

-Performs any and all tasks asked to.
-Completes tasks as directed in a timely manner.
-Willing to be cross-trained.
-Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
-Maintains the work area and equipment up to clean and orderly standards
-Follows all safety regulations
-Performs related duties as needed by supervision.
-Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
-Responsible for set up and assembly of meals from the tray line or kitchen
-Major responsibility includes setting up and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
-Also responsible for sanitation activities, including dishware, equipment cleaning and janitorial tasks. In addition, they will be responsible for cashiering in the cafeteria.

Requirements for the Tray Line Attendant position:

-Previous work experience in a hospital setting.
-Any other type of work in hospitality is a plus.
-Ability to frequently sit, stand, or walk for an entire shift.
-Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
-Strong attention to detail
-Will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
