ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Business continuity plan execution for infrastructure and application assets at fabrication sites. Prepare BCP. coordinate fabrication site hardware removals due to hurricanes and natural disasters. Deploy remote offices as needed for critical personnel. Test equipment and troubleshoot issues to bring equipment back online.
• Execute office, fab yard, offshore platform, and vessel mobilization plans. Perform site surveys to determine mobilization scope and requirements. Manage business relationship with project CEPS manager. Coordinate move with CEMREC and 3rd parties needed for furnishings. Coordinate with digital platforms regarding IT equipment installation and services. Coordinate with Telecom team regarding network circuit and wireless installation. Create and execute communication plan.
• Execute office, fab yard, and vessel demobilizations.
• Coordinate hand over to operations of hardware and software from contractors to appropriate digital platforms.
• Coordinate the design, integration, and implementation of application/infrastructure/network build for fab yard, offshore platform, and or drillship.
• Coordinate, perform or configure media captures (using drones, time lapse cameras, or HoloLens) in support of MCP fabrication activities.
• Plan, manage, and track IT budget for equipment and staffing.
• Ensure all project members receive the appropriate response, customer service and support.
• Track helpdesk tickets and IT SLA's.
• Receives project priorities and work direction from Lead Infrastructure Systems Analyst regarding consulting, and execution tasks.
• Report issues and status of activities to the project Lead Infrastructure Systems Analyst on a weekly basis.
• Assist the IT server admins with BLAN/DMZ systems as requested. Some of the related activities include design reviews, oversight of vendor implementation, coordination with platform to move systems to Client's network.
• Assist the PCN team as requested. Some of the related activities include design reviews, oversight of vendor implementation, coordination with platform to move systems to platform PCN.
• Technical OS and hardware SME that offers consulting services to the MAC and other automation vendors including the OTS vendor. Technical implementation needs to align with latest digital platform guidance in the space.
• Ensures compliance with IRM and Cyber compliance by approving hardware selections for the PAS, PECS, OTS and BLAN using CTC and GOM processes.
• Maintain IT inventory database for all equipment with IT components installed on the facility. This includes Client's assets and contractor provided IT assets as per contracts.
• Provide work direction, establish priorities, monitor performance for IT support personnel both onshore and offshore.
• Coordinate computer and physical access and perform security reviews at contractor offices. This is to ensure that personnel and equipment at contractor office stay compliant with Client's policies. This includes review of access to telecom room and ensuring Client's personnel presence when contractor accesses restricted area.
• Administer user and administrative access to BLAN systems.
• Assist with IRM risk assessments and implement technical controls where applicable.
• Develop and champion IT work processes.
• Conduct inspections, business audits and reviews as necessary to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate backup and restore configuration for MCP IT equipment with platforms.
• Develop IT support documentation for offshore systems (backup/restore, system account information, etc.)
• Work with vendors to apply hardware, software and database technical controls prior to FAT and ensure interfaces are properly setup up and tested.
• Participate in FAT on systems with IT components.
• Review technical controls and run report post SAT on systems with IT components.
• Installation of contractor supplied printers & peripherals. Client's configuration of contractor supplied printers.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize the Project ITIM MOC process to address changes in IT equipment or configuration.
• Participate in ITIM Lessons Learned sessions
• Travel to remote sites (may include international travel) to provide IT supervision and support.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in field related to Information Technology is preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT System Administration with bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years' experience in IT System Administration in lieu of bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds
