Job description:
The person shall have experience in creating a responsive application for web and mobile platforms.
Must have the ability to perform in a fast-paced agile environment and help drive change and can distil complex scenarios into easy-to-understand user experience design requirements. Thrives in cross-functional teams and engages with Business Analysts, Software Engineers and other designers to create best-in-class user experience. Requires an understanding of the user and business needs and be able to translate them into a customer-focused solution. Strong strategic, creative and leadership skills that enable them to effectively communicate the design vision and drive design solutions to make a measurable impact. Adheres to user experience project deliverables and timeline while effectively communicating with the Manager.

Serves as lead designer and consultant for applications with high levels of complexity.
Lead collaboration activities for the design team for standardization.
Serves as a mentor on the design team.
Create user experience flows, user profiles and other deliverables that align with product milestones.
Excellent communicator of the design concept, interaction behaviour, and rationale to end users, product owners, and technology team.
Use prototypes (low-mid- high-fidelity) to demonstrate interaction and test with users.
Awareness of the latest design trends and best practices for User Experience.
Proactively identify UX component enhancements and develop design efficiency that benefits the enterprise.
Partners with the UI Developers during implementation.
Lead collaboration activities for the design team for standardization.
