Location: Albany, NY

Mandatory Requirements
- Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.
- Experience (6+ Years)
Requirements
- 60 months experience in designing and developing .NET version 4.5 or greater web applications using C#, and ASP.
- 60 months experience working with Oracle 11 or 12, working with database design and writing stored procedures.
- 60 months experience working with JavaScript and AJAX.
- 48 months experience writing WCF and/or REST web services.
- 48 months experience with jQuery.
- 48 months experience using Angular.
- 24 months experience coding GIS Web Applications using the ESRI JavaScript web API. Can substitute Open Layers, or Leaflet for ESRI API.
- 12 months experience developing in .NET Core.
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or some related field.
