User Provisioning Analyst
PayRate: $24.00/HR

CorTech is looking to hire a User Provisioning Analyst in Carthage, MO.

Essential Functions:
1. Create user accounts in all systems.
2. New hire onboarding process.
3. Termination and job transfer process.
4. Responds to telephone calls, email and in-person requests for technical support.
5. Enter tickets in Service Desk ticketing software and accurately categorize, prioritize and record information about requests.
6. Support the creation and development of clearly documented Service Desk processes and procedures
7. Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one manager / technician meetings
8. Other duties as requested.
9. Occasionally required to change work hours including working on weekends to accomplish tasks.
10. Occasionally required to work long hours to accomplish tasks.
Minimum Qualifications/Additional Skills:

Education, Training & Professional Experience:
• 3-5 years of customer service and technical experience preferred OR equivalent combination of systems certifications, education and experience.
• Knowledge of Service Desk ticketing software
• Working knowledge of Windows based PC and application software Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General networking knowledge (Ethernet, Wi-Fi).
• Proficient knowledge of Active Directory
• Office management experience strongly preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
• Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail and ability to follow-up in a timely fashion.
• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
• Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from management
