Data Analytics and Automation, Offshore Coordinator The candidate will join Global Markets Control Program Implementation Team supporting/administering multiple aspects of Business Controls infrastructure. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with primary responsibilities for: Providing technical expertise supporting data analytics and automation projects Playing a critical role as offshore coordinator between onsite BCO team and India based BACI team Supporting multiple Business Controls related projects and processes simultaneously Driving core Business Controls programs globally and across GM lines of businesses, in partnership with Business Controls Officers Liaising with Senior Business Controls Management, Business Controls Officers, and control functions (e.g. Compliance, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, etc.) to secure data, analyze current processes/procedures, identify potential improvements, develop strategies to implement change, and oversee/manage implementation Analyzing, monitoring, interpreting, and reporting data from core Business Controls tools/processes and leveraging it to identify and drive resolution of potential issues or inefficiencies Developing, producing, and distributing senior management reporting related to the program Supporting and serving as central point of contact for Business Controls Officers for various processes Requirements: Expert in data analytics, mining, manipulation, aggregation, integration, and reporting Hands on Project Management experience including setting up offshore teams from ground up Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. Must be able to own/understand a process from end-to-end, be able to identify weaknesses in the process and identify and implement solutions / automations, be able to challenge others on the facts of the process. Must be detail oriented (e.g. ability to identify anomalies within large sets of data and track multiple action items in detail) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information into messages targeted to various levels of leadership as well accurately interpret communications from BCOs/Supervisors/GCOR/Audit/etc Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing activities Takes initiative and demonstrates focused desire to drive improvements vs. relying on "status quo" Must be able to deliver accurate results with limited direction and supervision Must be self-motivated and results oriented with strong desire to succeed Must be able to work with technical teams and translate technical concepts to business audiences Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Program management skills Desired Skills: Strong hands on knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python, UiPath, and DataRobot Strong technical background and experience interfacing with technical teams Experience working with offshore / global teams and implementing transition strategies Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, predictive modelling and statistical techniques Knowledge of Global Markets businesses and controls is a plus
