Business Controls Program / Project Lead – Global Markets (DIR/VP) The candidate will join the Global Markets Communications Review Group (CRG). CRG is responsible for surveillance of communications to identify potential conduct issues, including but not limited to market misconduct, misuse use of confidential information, conflicts of interest, and violations of Company policies, standards and procedures. The nature of our work means that all team members have exposure across multiple areas of the bank (multiple lines of business, Technology, Legal, GCOR, across the BCO organization, etc.) and each teammate develops key relationships with various stakeholders thereby increasing the team's sphere of influence and impact. We serve as stewards of the bank to mitigate risk and protect our, and our clients', interests. The Project Lead role will report directly to the Global Head of the Global Markets Communication Review Group and will work in partnership with leadership and key support partners on high impact and high visibility projects primarily focused on strategy, senior management presentations, team optimization, and peer analysis. The candidate's responsibilities would include: Assist with formulating strategies and presentations to help CRG management develop strategic plans Collecting data and insights associated with key initiatives Coordinate and participate in the E-Communications Data Governance Forum and other related meetings Developing and refining presentations, including metrics for senior stakeholders and management Working collaboratively with business partners (e.g., BCO, Lines of Business, Compliance, Technology, Legal, HR etc.) for ad hoc requests and support Proactively participating in process improvement initiatives to create more effective and efficient risk mitigation Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is some knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Polished presentations and succinct, impactful messaging Must feel comfortable and enjoy communicating with executives and senior management in a fast paced environment Attention to detail is key - as is the ability to multi-task with tenacity, meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive Exhibit a positive attitude and energetic approach Must be detail-oriented Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
