About the Company

They are focusing on managing seamless operations for client's brand together with their end to end services in supply chain field. Through reliable tech and data-powered platforms for operational purposes, they are providing the signature services in logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist C-level to formulize company' tactical planning.
- Identifying and planning the business improvement frameworks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to executing the projects.
- Analyzing and assisting the solving formulation in business operation.
- Facilitating the creation of working flow and procedures standard.
- Building the improvement culture within the company.
- Doing operational control within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (MBA or Master is preferred).
- Having at least 10 years experiences in improvement management or project management field.
- Experience in formulating standard operation procedure (SOP) and working flow.
- Experience in Toyota Way or any other improvement model standard would be preferred.
- Experience in leading with good strategic and analytical thinking.
