About the Company

Our client is a transportation, logistics, and storage tech-startup company, backed up by well-known conglomerate group and VCs.
They are focusing on managing seamless operations for client's brand together with their end to end services in supply chain field.
Through reliable tech and data-powered platforms for operational purposes, they are providing the signature services in logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist C-level to formulize company' tactical planning.
  • Identifying and planning the business improvement frameworks.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to executing the projects.
  • Analyzing and assisting the solving formulation in business operation.
  • Facilitating the creation of working flow and procedures standard.
  • Building the improvement culture within the company.
  • Doing operational control within the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (MBA or Master is preferred).
  • Having at least 10 years experiences in improvement management or project management field.
  • Experience in formulating standard operation procedure (SOP) and working flow.
  • Experience in Toyota Way or any other improvement model standard would be preferred.
  • Experience in leading with good strategic and analytical thinking.
