Role: Validation Engineer

Location: Lake Forest, IL

Duration: 24+ Months

System Overview:

The Validation and Periodic validation reviews (PVR) Remediation efforts are required for ADD's direct quality impact systems to ensure such systems are appropriately validated and/ or remain in a validated state to support Production and Process Controls requirements. The Validation and PVR remediation shall include the following validation types: Equipment, Instruments, Utilities, Facilities, Processes, and Test Methods systems.

Scope of Work:

The request is for validation contractors with prior experience in a cGMP environment (Medical Device, Pharma or Biologics preferred) with a strong quality and validation background. The assigned Validation Engineers will support the Lake County validation team primarily in the areas of performing validation and PVR assessments direct impact systems. The Validation, PVR assessments, and/ or remediation plans will be completed per approved ADD procedures and Quality System requirements. This shall include Validation Change Control development, protocol generation, execution, and final report preparation. The following is a list of typical in-scope systems (but not limited to)

Freezers, Coolers, Water baths

Roller mixers

Autoclaves

Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Air Flow Units (LAFs)

Spectrophotometers

Fermenters

HPLCs

DI Water Systems

Compressed Air Systems

Experience:

Candidates must possess 7 or more years to experience supporting validation programs and possess a BS degree, preferable in the Science or Engineering fields (or equivalent experience)
