Description: Location: Remote until COVID restrictions are lifted; onsite in Dorchester, MA I. POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for leading and implementing IT Infrastructure vendor management global programs to support strategic operating model and drive organizational results. Working across functional areas, drive and deliver programs that connect across the division, including all entities and global locations. II. PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Financial Management and Vendor Management leads to connect both programs and drive reduction in 5Gs across IT Infrastructure. Define and build issues management program to ensure timely remediation for all vendor related Action Driver programs across IT Infrastructure to manage and reduce third party risk. Drive performance and optimization of the services to meet established corporate priorities and to drive alignment with the IT vision, execution, policies and standard. Champion strategic Infrastructure vendor partnerships and implementation. Work at the leadership level to Influence and drive change across IT Infrastructure and to build a culture of risk excellence in vendor management. Drive vendor documentation compliance across IT Infrastructure including key documents such as contracts, certificates of insurance, governance evidence, etc. Partner with the Vendor Management team to continue to evolve the vendor governance processes. Work with the Head of IT Vendor Management to refine and document roles and responsibilities across IT Infrastructure Vendor Management, Finance Management, IT Third Party Risk Management, Procurement, Legal, Enterprise Risk, etc.
Required Skills : III. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Bachelors degree required 10 years of experience in large corporate environment, preferably IT infrastructure or financial services industry 10 years of experience driving end-to-end capabilities and programs IT Industry knowledge Innovative and results orientated, with a focus on service and customer centricity Proven ability to build programs, teams and processes across large-scale organizations Demonstrated success in risk management and reduction Innovative problem solver and strategic thinker, along with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities Strong change management capabilities Strong executive leadership skills; collaborative partner able to influence and drive accountability across organizational and domain boundaries Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal and presentation / communication skills Identify specific knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for satisfactory execution of the position s primary duties and responsibilities.
