Description:

40 hrs per week with the potential to work some over-time. Hours may vary depending on business needs; 8 hrs per day M-F is the standard schedule.

Pay: 15-$17

This is a dynamic cross-functional position between our Sinking Spring Warehouse and Quality Departments. The Sinking Spring Operator Warehouse 2 will repack chemicals following cGMP Standards. During an 8hr shift one will be scooping/pouring chemicals in increments between 100mg and 50kg utilizing scales and balances. During the time the Operator Warehouse 2 is not repacking, they will be working in the warehouse processing receipts, put away, retrievals, shipping, and cycle counting of raw and finished materials to internal and external customers. This position will also handle assisting the Quality Department with task including opening and closing drums for sampling, along with other tasks such as daily housekeeping, maintenance, and other special projects as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor. This candidate will be detail-oriented and will work independently and as part of a team. ? The candidate will be flexible and be able to change direction at a moment's notice to meet any urgent business needs. A qualified individual will understand that every day is different and be willing to learn new things. ? Miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned ? Exemplary attendance and adherence to schedule BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School diploma or GED Experience: Acceptable work experience for greater than 6 months (Required) Solid work experience for at least 3 years (no unexplainable gaps) with progression (preferred) Essential and Critical Skills: Ability to read, hear, speak and understand English language. Both written and oral communication required. Ability to operate RF scanner, pallet jack, selecting carts, packing equipment (tape machines, etc.), and various cutting instruments. Ability to operate PC?s and printers. Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, reach above the shoulder, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch or crawl for long periods of time and be able to stay on your feet for eight hours. The employee must be able to talk, hear, taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Employee may be required to move more than 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Regularly uses phones, computers, computer monitors and all office equipment. The employee is also required to type at a computer keyboard and have the ability to read CRTs/computer monitors.
