JOB DESCRIPTION :
CorTech is seeking experienced MIG welders to work for a leading manufacturing company located in Irving,Tx

Job duties include:
Turn and press knobs and buttons or enter operating instructions into computers to adjust and start welding machines
Set up, operate, and tend welding machines that join or bond components to fabricate metal products or assemblies
Load or feed work pieces into welding machines to join or bond components
Correct problems by adjusting controls or by stopping machines and opening holding devices.
Inspect, measure, or test completed metal work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using measuring and testing devices
Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications

Safety shoes and safety glasses worn at all times. Uniforms supplied.
There will be a refresher and training day for all safety requirements and crane usage.

Hours: 2:00PM to 11PM Monday-Friday
*Overtime and some weekends required
****Training will be conducted on 1st shift before moving to second shift

Pay: $16/hr
