Required Skills/Experience:

Good exposure and knowledge in Windows administration

Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, IP addressing, networking & VLAN concept.

3.
Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related software applications.

4.
Work experience on vSphere 5.
0 and above.

5.
Good knowledge of managing VMware clusters.

6.
Storage migrations and snapshot management.

7.
Building VMs and updating templates through vcenter.

8.
Knowledge of networking concepts/ technologies and system security.

9.
Manage, monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 servers in domain environment.

10.
Software & Hardware installation, maintenance, up gradation and troubleshooting of windows server 2008/12/16.

11.
Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently.

12.
Hands on experience of Hardware troubleshooting.

13.
Resolving start up and login problems, Desktop performance and optimization, resolving browser and internet connection, troubleshooting DNS & DHCP issues.

14.
Experience on Microsoft Failover Clustering and MSCS.

15.
Knowledge of NTFS permissions.

16.
Know how to manage file servers and permissions.

17.
Experience with HP/Dell hardware firmware upgrade.

18.
Experience with Bladed server firmware upgrade.

19.
Knowledge to work with ilo's and install O/S.

20.
Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical issues with colleagues at all levels within and outside organization.
