Shift: Shift 2Shift Start and End Time: 5:30PM-4AMNight shift role Mon- ThursdayPerks-Client has reputation as one of the fortune 500 companies that is 170 + year in business.The widely acclaimed magazine FORTUNE just recently named Client the “World’s Most Admired Company” in our industry for the fifth year in a row.In last 1/1/2 year, we have converted at least 15 production employee from temps to permanent employees.Once temp is converted to permanent employment, Client has very good compensation package which include 401K contribution 6%, medical insurance, dental insurance,18 days PTO,11 Holidays and much more.Temporary employees are part of incentive bonus program. They get quarterly bonuses just like Client permanent employees. Average quarterly bonus pay is between $250 and $350 which is between $1000 and $1400 a year.DescriptionWiring Technicians are responsible for assembling cable kits and wire harnesses according to drawings and guidelines to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met. They will inspect and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.Tasks:Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders,bills of materials, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructionsAssemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, sub-assemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power toolsMeasure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as calipersAlign, fit, or assemble component parts, using hand or power tools, fixtures, templates, or microscopesInspect parts for surface defectsVerify part dimensions or clearances to ensure conformance to specificationsClean up working areas and inventory toolsRequirements:HS diploma or equivalentDirect assembly experience reading and interpreting wire diagramsAbility to physically lift 35 poundsAbility to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, write)Ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environmentAbility to learn and process information quickly and execute tasks successfullyAbility to work safely and to operate power tools and equipment in a safe mannerPreferences:Experience in assembly and particularly in building wire harnesses and cable kitsClient Mobility has been manufacturing in the United States since 1984. We have more than 3,700 employees and 8 manufacturing locations across the country. With our 2000+ suppliers, we are dedicated to Buy American. GA 400 Facility manufactures propulsion solutions for the North America Rail Market. In other words the propulsion units that go into “Trains”. Convertors, Gear Boxes and Auxiliary Power Supplies. In Operation since 1990 with a manufacturing Space of 138,000 square feet. ISO 9000 Certified Products.
