Workday Business Analyst (100% REMOTE) Apply
1-2 years of Workday experience. *Experience with Workday HCM configuration for maintenance/Break-Fix *Understanding of Business Processes in Workday *Participate in testing for Workday projects. Experience in Kainos is great but not required. *Experience with processing and loading EIBs. *Partners with internal team members with the development of training for end-users. *Troubleshoot system errors and issues as they arise and assess options for resolution. *General understanding of Workday securities. Will help as needed with projects in HCM, configuration on the project or help test, help define what end-user training will look like. Must be able to shift priorities easily to help support what is needed on a daily/weekly basis. ATS experience is helpful; Lowe's uses Kenexa.
