KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Collaborates with PGM to deliver volume growth, R&A, and OTD targets aligned with the facility plan. Serves as the principal resource for innovation and product development (e.g. board grades). Strengthen existing open market customer relationships and grow targeted relationships. Ensure knowledge transfer of relationships to PGM, CS manager and key Freedom personnel Maximize profit potential through revenue and margin management Maintain a working prospect pipeline with regular communications with the PGM Develops account profiles short-term action plans and long-term strategies jointly with the key customers. Develop and implement a strategic sales & marketing plan to include: Competitors' products, capabilities and relevant sales and marketing data Use available data to accurately forecast sales monthly, quarterly and annual basis Develop, implement and manage a margin improvement plan with partners and open market customers to address identified opportunities around order size/quantity, pricing, terms, freight, etc. Help recruit and develop Technical Sales Rep POSITION REQUIREMENTS BS/BA in Related Field or equivalent experience 7+ Years in Sales, 2+ Years in Sales Management Corrugated Sales Experience Preferred PREFERRED COMPETENCIES Customer Focus Timely Decision Making Informing Interpersonal Savvy Problem Solving Drive for Results Decision Quality Learning on the Fly Business Acumen Sales Expertise SALARY 90-115K
