PAY RATE: $35-40/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GA aircraft, including Learjets, Citations, King Airs, and other light jets and turbo props.

  • Conduct inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.

  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain and repair aircraft interiors, including cabinetry, seating, and soft goods.

  • Ensure all work is accurately documented and complies with regulatory and company standards.

  • Collaborate with technicians and departments to ensure timely and safe aircraft readiness.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.

  • 5 7 years of General Aviation maintenance experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Learjets, Citations, King Airs, and other light jets and turbo props.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

  • Inspection Authorization (IA) certification.

  • Experience with corporate aircraft interiors.

  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking systems.

  • OEM training or certifications on relevant aircraft types.
