Job Overview

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and account analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Utilize ERP System (Infor Syteline) and Excel for accurate bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Conduct credit analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities in financial transactions.
  • Lead telemarketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that optimize performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Ability to manage a team.

  • Proficiency in corporate and manufacturing accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to foster beneficial partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of financial services industry standards.
