LABA/Program Manager Overview LABA/Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply! Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services. Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246‑805‑210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics described in WAC 246‑805‑220. Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230. Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
