Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students and parents to provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.

  • Understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable programs, especially for UPSC and competitive exam preparation.

  • Provide detailed guidance on UPSC exam structure, syllabus, and preparation strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in organizing counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth student onboarding.

  • Support the counselling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the EdTech industry.

  • Good knowledge of UPSC examination, syllabus, and preparation process.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM tools preferred).

  • Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
