Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the full range of Toyota accessories. You will be the go-to person for customers looking to add that extra touch to their vehicle. Sales and Promotion: Drive accessory sales through excellent product knowledge and outstanding customer service. You'll need to stay updated on the latest Toyota accessories and trends in automotive customization. Order Management: Process accessory orders from start to finish. From explanation of products available toensuring timely delivery and installation. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service departments to identify opportunities for accessory sales and ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Passionate about cars and the Toyota brand. Dynamic personality with the ability to connect with others. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
