Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience Position Overview: The Account Analyst will support the sales team in managing key relationships with national retail accounts. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to begin a career in produce sales and account management. The Account Analyst will work closely with buyers, category managers, and replenishment teams at top retailers, providing data-driven insights, ensuring order accuracy, and helping drive Bonipak’s sales and service goals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary support contact for assigned retail accounts, assisting in daily account management. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and replenishment teams. Monitor inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment to ensure timely, quality deliveries. Analyze sales, pricing, and promotional data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and present weekly sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations, marketing) to align supply with customer demand. Assist in resolving service issues, including shortages, quality claims, and delivery discrepancies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not required . Experience in sales support, account management, or data analysis preferred but not required . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present sales and market data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting directly with retail customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Passion for the produce industry and interest in growing into an account management role.
