The Account Coordinator will manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and address inquiries while ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, performing account management tasks, resolving customer concerns promptly, and supporting internal teams with analytical insights to optimize processes. Additional duties may include assisting with reporting and supporting team operations as needed. This individual will work closely with the president of the company to develop the skills to become an expert account coordinator. He/she will come to understand the feeling of momentum, timing, and the buying signals associated with each customer. As such, the candidate must be exceptionally teachable and must be willing to learn the "ins and outs" of the entire company to maximize their experience and expertise. From learning how our products are made through spending time with customers in the field, this role has exceptional room for growth. This entry position with Enviroguard is meant to be a stepping stone to other management or director positions either within our headquarters or in outside sales and training.
