Outside Sales – Midstream We are seeking a highly driven Territory Manager to join our Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry‑leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest‑growing sector. Performance Objectives Serve as a self‑starter, aiming to climb to the top of a fast‑growing sales organization. Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, phone sales, online product demos, and various other sales and marketing projects. Uncover and demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services for each qualified lead. Achieve aggressive sales targets and quotas with base salary and unlimited, uncapped commissions. Competitive Candidate Profile At least 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. At least 3+ years of Oil and Gas industry experience. Metrics‑driven sales hunter with a high sense of urgency. Experience in account management (retention) and upsell (growth). Track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets/quotas. Proficiency in forecasting business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual basis. Expertise in enterprise sales process (CLC markers, discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision‑makers, risk mitigation, retention, closing). Exceptional listening and consultative/value‑based selling skills, with the ability to build and manage a pipeline independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills, responsive to coaching. Experience with CRM; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
