Position Overview:
Account Management is at the heart of Circles, acting as the central hub that connects clients to our world-class services and ensures seamless transitions, program success, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role assumes responsibility for the client relationship from the sales team at the conclusion of the sales process and serves as the primary liaison between Circles and our clients. From launching new clients to managing ongoing relationships, this position combines strategic leadership, tactical execution, and a passion for client success.

Compensation for this role is $85k - $100k
Work From Home with this attractive Monday to Friday schedule!
Travel will be required and is anticipated to be <20%
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong tactical and strategic relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main liaison between Circles and clients, aligning on goals and ensuring program success.
- Proactively address client needs, resolve escalations, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Drive and secure contract renewals through strong relationship management and proven results.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts, leveraging knowledge of client business verticals to align with their strategic goals.
- Stay attuned to industry trends and client activities to uncover value-added opportunities.
- Act as program and project manager for client initiatives, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed expectations.
- Design and facilitate cross-functional project plans for successful client launches and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal service, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs and marketing efforts.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting processes, delivering clear, actionable insights on client performance metrics.
- Ensure accounts remain profitable while delivering exceptional value to clients.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to develop and implement impactful client marketing materials and campaigns.
- Foster strong internal relationships to support the effective delivery of services and alignment on client goals.
- Create compelling client presentations that communicate program value and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of client management experience, preferably in a B2B or services-based environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
