Hybrid · Bucks County, PA (Greater Philadelphia area) Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year We’re looking for an exceptional communicator who loves building relationships, keeping projects organized, and making clients feel genuinely cared for. As an Account Executive at M&M Associates, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, partnering closely with our internal teams to bring smart, effective marketing campaigns to life. By learning each client’s brand inside and out (colors, fonts, logos, tone, and promotional language, etc.) you’ll act as their trusted subject matter expert and advocate inside the agency. You’ll lead client calls, ask thoughtful questions, and translate business needs into clear, actionable direction for our creative and digital teams. What You’ll Do - As our Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for: Client Relationship Management & Growth Serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) for each client, developing a deep understanding of their brand guidelines and business goals. Approach client service with a concierge mindset and a Socratic approach - asking great questions, listening actively, and building genuine rapport. Lead client calls and presentations with professionalism and preparation, always arriving early and ensuring readiness. Drive conversations forward, seek clarification where needed, and foster productive cross-functional relationships with both client and internal stakeholders. Conduct proactive follow-ups, both scheduled and ad hoc, to monitor satisfaction and uncover new opportunities. Maintain and regularly update client documentation to ensure transparency and accessibility across teams. Respond to inbound sales inquiries with urgency and professionalism; guide prospects through discovery, present tailored solutions, and help close new business to support agency growth. Project Coordination & Communication Serve as the central conduit of communication between clients and internal departments. Clearly relay client requests, project requirements, and status updates to the appropriate teams. Ask clarifying questions, interpret feedback accurately, and annotate deliverables (e.g., PDFs) so revisions and redirects are clear and actionable. Project Management Manage projects from kickoff through completion, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across all components. Proactively communicate upcoming deliverables and potential roadblocks to clients and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule (redirects, refinements, final files, etc.). Lead and facilitate recurring status meetings (SUMs) for more complex jobs. Audit, create, and update project documentation to ensure information is accurate, timely, and relevant. Follow up with clients to maintain momentum, ensure engagement, and manage scope expectations. Input and manage job details using relevant platforms. Support billing setup and contribute to status and performance reporting. Conduct ongoing research to stay informed on email and print marketing trends and tactics. Share market insights and recommendations to help evolve our strategies and elevate client outcomes. What You Bring - To thrive in this role, you...: Have experience in account management, client services, or project management - ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment. Have a passion for graphic design and digital advertising. Are an excellent communicator with strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Are highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once. Enjoy being the “glue” between clients and internal teams, and you’re not afraid to ask questions or push for clarity.
