Sales Representative – Contract & Account Development
E&R Towing | Chicagoland Area
E&R Towing is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our footprint across the Chicagoland area. This role is focused on securing towing agreements and support contracts with property owners, property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, and municipalities.

Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and engage property owners, property managers, HOAs, commercial sites, and retail centers
- Present E&R Towing’s services and negotiate towing agreements and support contracts
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts throughout Chicagoland
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with contracted properties to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate internally to ensure contracted services are delivered as agreed
- Track outreach, leads, and agreements in an organized and professional manner
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account development, or contract-based selling
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and relationship-driven sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with property management, commercial real estate, or service contracts is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland area
- $20-$25 per hour DOE plus commission structure tied to contracts secured
- Established operations and support from an experienced towing organization
