Our focus is building long-term partnerships with physicians and their teams.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a full-cycle, high-ownership Account Executive based in Oakland Park, FL.

  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → education → onboarding → clinic partnership and consulting
  • Actively hunt new opportunities through outbound outreach, conferences, referrals, and creative sourcing
  • Re-engage and grow existing clinic relationships
  • Educate physicians on how stem cell banking provides clinical and economical value
  • Represent ACT at national medical conferences, seminars, and clinic visits
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, onboarding, and clinic coordination teams
  • Work directly with the COO on strategy, performance tracking, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven success in healthcare sales (physician-facing strongly preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn complex clinical and scientific concepts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a diverse accounts and responsibilities
  • Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling pitches
  • Experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or aesthetics is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills to drive business success
