The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Vitro, you are the engine of the Account Service team. You will support our Senior Account leads in executing flawless work while ensuring the communication flow between the agency and the client remains streamlined and effective.

The Role

• Process Ownership: Manage and track job flow through job jackets, status reports, and trafficking. You will oversee agency processes such as estimates, PO’s, and invoicing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and manage resources across media, creative, design, and production departments.
• Financial Rigor: Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client calls, meetings, and productions, helping prepare creative work for client approval.
• Mentorship: Help mentor and grow Assistant Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an agency or marketing environment.
• Ambidextrous Thinker: The ability to find solutions and easily deal with ambiguity.
• Legal Awareness: Work closely with agency attorneys to understand potential legal issues for executions.
• Collaborator: Ability to maintain a great attitude while working with a sense of urgency.
