We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Account Executive to join our tech sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, effectively showcasing our technology solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively while maximizing profitability.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.

  • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology products and solutions, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of specific technologies or industries relevant to our offerings (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing).
