Account ExecutivePaysafe is seeking an Account Executive responsible for engaging both new and existing prospects to generate sales leads and guide them through the application process. The role also involves building new referral partnerships and collaborating closely with existing partners to strengthen and expand relationships. This is a hybrid position based in our Westlake Village office, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.Responsibilities:Make 100150 outbound calls daily or generate a minimum of 12 new applications per monthGuide new customers through the onboarding processProvide additional information to prospective clients as neededConduct rate analyses when requiredBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partnersSupport the in-house sales team as neededPrepare materials for mailing campaignsAssist with marketing and promotional initiativesAttend tradeshows, association meetings, and events as neededPromote value-added products such as Clover, Cash Advance, and TelecheckConsistently meet or exceed monthly performance targetsQualifications and Skills:High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 1 year of sales experience, requiredExperience in banking or merchant services industry is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated integrity and professionalismAnalytical skills for reviewing and interpreting statementsTeam-oriented, assertive, goal-driven, and highly motivatedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environmentStrong phone presence and communication skillsNearest Major Market: Ventura Nearest Secondary Market: Oxnard
