Role: Account Executive, Sales, SMB, B2B. SaaS, HCM

Status: Remote, Local Territory (Field)

Comp: Base + Commissions

We're doubling in size, and our new AEs are earning $90K+ and qualifying for Presidents Club in just 10 months. This year, some are set to make $120K+ and they started with Netchex in 2023. Experienced Account Executives company-wide are achieving annual earnings exceeding $250K, showcasing their long-standing dedication and tenure with us. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various methods to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their HR and payroll challenges and demonstrate Netchex's solutions effectively.
  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, addressing feedback and concerns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless communication throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B sales (1+ years), preferably in SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR and payroll processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), proficiency with Salesloft is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
