Job Summary
ACE Screen Printing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, managing sales processes, and implementing online stores for schools and organizations. The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and connect with potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, small businesses, schools, and organizations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and outreach strategies.
- Educate potential clients on ACE Screen Printing’s products and services, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Generate quotes, close sales, and track sales performance against goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Work closely with production and design teams to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and meet expectations.
Online Store Implementation & Management
- Set up and implement customized online stores for schools, teams, and organizations.
- Coordinate with clients to determine product selections, pricing, and store launch timelines.
- Manage online store operations, including order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and customer inquiries.
Additional Duties
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in screen printing, promotional products, or a related industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online store setup is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
