  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
